I met good,bad and worst people in Dynamed healthcare. One of the best team HR Team ,Nice people and supportive and responsive and cooperative always. One request - If anyone joins Please provide KRA and KPI clearly monitor them accordingly based on their performance you can take action .if anyone joins don't go by the inputs provided by Department Head. check with internal team members and one on one feedback aswell . Please figure it out with CEO why he is always triggering about Dynamed company name and curious about CCRCM. I personally experienced might be that burnt me 😊. Best mentor COO - I learned personally somany things how we should survive in our life by crossing all different mindset people. Genuine people will not change by their nature they don't know how to act . HR Senior manager Admin- Such a wonderful person .he understands people.he will explain the situation how to come out or cut that situation instead of argument. I acknowledged it 😊 Few worst people are backstabbing CEO by stating i recruited him i trained him see now where is he 😂. Few worst people says I was TL when CEO joined as coder 😂. Thank God I came out of this company saved my life some how 🙏. You may escape and prevent yourself or secure yourself from your current situation but you will never escape from God 👍 Thanks Ex employee

3 round of interview, questions are not that much complicated. First level will be technical based questions next with the team lead and final will be hr. Hr team is supportive to have smooth onboarding
