There was no interview process. She looked at my resume and offered me a job. I had experience in customer service/receptionist work. It’s online sales chat, not rocket science. You work from home. An interview is unnecessary.
Easy interview went very smooth. Went over resume, when I could start, did a typing test and read a script I guess to see how I would sound in the phones. Owed the interview and started the next day.

Interview
It was easy. No drug test. They set up hopes of one day working from home. They told me if i reached curtian merits i could move up fast. They gave us a tour of the building and had us take a typing test and then a speaking test.
