The interview process was efficient and pleasant. There was an initial screening interview, a general interview, and a technical interview followed by a reference and background check. For the general and technical interview, there were 3 people present asking questions. All questions were relevant to the posted position. The technical interview involved explaining processes. There was no actual programming required.
