Interview
Got an email a few days later. Scheduled an interview the following week. They provided me the wrong address to their other location. Went there and waited for 10 minutes until the receptionist called and found out the interview was at another location. Had to drive all the way there and wait because there was another interview going on at the time.
The first interview they ask questions about how you do as a person and working as a team. Second interview they explain more about how the company works. Basically they offer you the lowest position and demand that you must work yourself up in the company to get to the position you applied for and then said it was a 5 month process. Starting pay would be $10 an hour or based off commission. Felt kinda lowballed from this because you arent applying for the position you applied for. More like they offer you the lowest postion and the lowest pay even though you are highly overqualified. They claim that everyone must do it and it is because that is how you learn from the company. Felt like a pyramid scheme in my opinon.
The workers there are very sweet though. It's just the company seemed a little bit unorganized.

Interview
I had a super brief phone call asked if I was interested in working in Renton, working side by side the Director creating programs with them. All of the information was super vague. I was scheduled to interview the following Monday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Vague questions asking about if I was interested in the job, which was hard to answer since I wasn't 100% what the job was all about. Ultimately I emailed them asking for the job description, to which I was told to call them. When I called I got a voicemail, no call back. I emailed again saying I wanted to review the job description before interviewing in person. Never heard back, so I told them I would decline the in person interview.

Interview
Interviewer talked about the company, asked some simple questions. Was really trying to sell the company to YOU! No marketing or management at all; just sales at gas stations. Seemed a lot like a pyramid scheme and definitely NOT what was described in the job advertisement. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a real career as this is hardly a real company.
