I applied online, After sending email including my CV, I got the invitation for the next round - written test quite fast. The written test is not to hard, but the deadline is tough if you want to perfectly completed it. After that, I received the invitation for the interview online
I applied online. I interviewed at Dynamic Technology Lab (Kuala Lumpur) in Feb 2025
Interview
Like most people experience I’ve seen here,Like most candidates, I went through multiple rounds, including Resume Screening, CV Review, Technical Assessment, HR Interview, and two rounds of Technical Interviews.
The technical interview consisted of algorithm questions, live coding, and, most importantly, CV grilling. Candidates should be thoroughly familiar with the technical details of all the projects listed on their CV. If a project was completed a long time ago and if details have become fuzzy, I strongly recommend reviewing it beforehand.
The interviewers were very nice too, they are kind, and incredibly experienced and smart. I was nervous but they have been patience in waiting the answer from me to begin a technically deeper discussion further.

Question 1
The assessment included algorithmic queries and a live coding session. The live coding portion was particularly challenging due to the time constraint, which can easily add pressure. I recall the problem being related to resource scheduling and greedy algorithms, with a difficulty level around LeetCode Medium-Hard.
