First interview over the phone Second technical interview with a senior engineer (zoom) Third "interpersonal" interview with the local team leader (zoom) Fourth interview with regional manager (zoom) Fifth interview with HR (in person) The process is *very* long, more than usual. However, all the interviewers were fair, reassuring, and encouraging and the people were generally really nice. That helped to mitigate the otherwise long and cumbersome process. The HR person was there throughout the entire process, was always available and made efforts to make things easier, which was very much appreciated. Overall, while it's definitely one of the longest processes I've had to go through, the experience was positive thanks to the professional and reassuring spirit of all the people involved. Just a heads up, there's yet another background check you have to go through after completing all the interviews, done by an external company, which involves *a lot* of paperwork. Just be prepared.
