I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynex Technologies (Inkberrow, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter for an Assay Development Scientist position, which led to a structured interview process. It started with an initial phone screening covering my background and experience. This was followed by an on-site interview that included a technical discussion. The process was smooth and professional, with clear communication throughout. Shortly after, I received a job offer.

Question 1
They also asked me to identify a bottleneck with suppliers and suggest potential solutions.
Short and quick. It took them about two months in total to reach out to me about an interview and to eventually extend an offer. They asked general knowledge based questions, questions about my background etc. It was panel style. I had to come back for a second interview with the executive staff.
