I applied online. I interviewed at Dyno Therapeutics
Interview
They sent me an email where I had to submit my preferred time to meet them and then they set-up a meet with their senior scientist. Later, the interview starts over video meet where I introduced myself and descriptively explained my previous projects.

Question 1
Introduce yourself Tell me about your previous projects Describe about your skills What do you expect from this role? Where do you see yourself in future with respect to this role? Will you be able to commute to the job location? Till when do you expect to hear from us?
HR meeting + HM meeting + assignment + full day interview. Standard stuff. At every stage there was easy parts and hard parts, but altogether there was nothing that seemed unfair. Really appreciated the transparency at each step.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Prioritize doing a few things well for the assignment but be prepared to discuss alternative approaches. For the main interview, be prepared to answer questions that may dig deep into your past work / experiences. Questions seemed to be more motivated by a genuine interest rather than trying to grill you.
