I applied directly to the company. Got a phone that went well. At the end they told me they wished they brought me in through a recruiter. They make you sign a contract with another company. It felt like the definition of bait and switch. After that it was kind of hard to believe anything else they told me.

Interview
I had a couple of phone interviews to start with, then met with. Great, easy and personable. Was told about the company, values. I was upfront about making a decision and they told me they wanted to proceed quickly.

Met with the manager of the dept. he asked very specific questions and I felt like he cared about who he wants on his team then I met a floor supervisor who asked me more questions and showed me around the shop...I was impressed at the type of machines and work they do
