I recently had the opportunity to go through the interview process with Dyson, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with the unprofessionalism I encountered. From the lack of communication to the absence of updates on the application status, my experience left much to be desired. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of feedback or updates on the progress of my application. After completing all the required interview rounds, I expected some form of communication indicating whether I had moved forward to the next stage or had been rejected. However, weeks passed without any news, and the only way I could determine the completion of the entire process was by checking my career profile. It was disheartening to have put time and effort into preparing for the interviews, only to be met with silence and uncertainty. Furthermore, the interviewers themselves displayed a lack of professionalism. During the interviews, there were instances where the interviewers seemed disinterested and unprepared. Some questions were vague and poorly formulated, making it difficult to provide the desired response. It was evident that little effort had been made to tailor the interview process to the specific role or assess candidates accurately. Overall, the unprofessional interview process at Dyson left a sour taste in my mouth. The lack of communication, delayed updates, and overall disinterest from the interviewers hindered the experience. As a candidate, I believe that a company's interview process reflects its commitment to professionalism and respect for applicants. Unfortunately, in this regard, Dyson fell short.
