Interview process is very simple "just answer one question what Director Sales ask" your in!
After my Introduction what I do, what skill do I have, he is least bothered.
He wants the answers for his question.
My observations about this company or the interviewer, I sensed that the company is bothered about its growth, but not the growth of employee. I don't know about technical, but for sales I wouldn't recommend this company.
