Two-rounded interviews first were more technical based and the second was a common discussion about motivation and future plans.
It was online on skype and the whole selection process was about 2 weeks.

Interview
A former employee recommended me, the interview was really just a chat with the CTO and the COO. Didn't have to write code or anything, it was mostly just to get to know each other: the company tends to hire anyone on a trial basis, then lets go in the first few weeks if you don't perform.
