There were 2 interviews, one by phone with the HR and after that one face to face with the teamleader and HR as well. I waited about 1 week for the feedback.

Why do you want to change your job? What do you know about the accounts payable? What is the difference between the AP and AR? Tell 3 positive and 3 negative things about you.

The interview felt conversational. The interviewers seemed engaged and wanted to know me better as a person. Also, they answered all my questions and described me what I will be doing for the job.
