Applied online and completed two psychometric tests. Invited to a face-to-face interview around 2 weeks later. The interview itself was fairly casual with two interviewers both with a technical background. Mostly competency based with a few technical questions at the end (they were a bit tricky). Ensure you read through the EON competencies list emailed to you in a pdf and bring them up with useful examples.
