I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at E.ON Next
Interview
The discovery day was awesome! Our leaders we're really hospitable and also very informative. Several fun activities were planned that also gave us an insight on the day-to-day of the job, as well as allowed us to ask any relevant questions about it. Everyone involved in the process was also generally very nice and Nikki even went an extra step and helped ensure I've submitted all the right-to-work documents. Lastly, the actual "interview" aspect of the day was carried in a very open-conversation manner that really allowed me to be my truest self, which made a good space to proper communicate and get along with both interviewers. Would recommend anyone who gets the called in for an interview to look forward to a fun time where you can truly express yourself and your personality.

Question 1
A great question was if I have ever been in a situation where I have gone the extra mile for a customer/client. It was very relevant because this job does involve helping people and sometimes it takes a bit of an extra level of patience and perseverance.
The interview process consisted of a group interview where asked to do activities as a team combined with an individual interview to discuss background as well as strengths and weaknesses.
Straight forward, fun and I enjoyed it we had to do a team activity and then we were interviews individually outside one by one all in all very easy! Wouldn’t have wanted it to be any better no improvements needed here!
