E.R. Snell Contractor interview questions

I had a professional and engaging two-round interview experience with E.R Snell Contractors, resulting in a verbal job offer from their HR. However, my positive perception was significantly tarnished when they rescinded the offer the same day, citing "internal changes," only to post the same job announcement on LinkedIn immediately after. This lack of transparency and abrupt decision-making process left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of their hiring practices. While I understand internal dynamics can shift, clearer and more considerate communication would have been appreciated to provide closure and maintain respect for candidates.
