Answered questions online and then got contacted for a phone interview. I had a nice conversation with the recruited. She asked about my previous experience, reasons for leaving, and why I might be a good fit at EAB. After the call, I never heard any updates. Reached out for follow up but never heard anything.
Online interview with three employees of varying seniorities. Each interview was 30 minutes. Asked questions about my education, passions, and previous experience. Standard interview and received rejected 6 weeks later with no explanation
You take an aptitude and behavioral exam …Then It was one initial call , 2hour call with leadership team, and a final writing assignment. It was great the team was very hands on

Interview
Interview via Zoom with 3 employees in the ALR account management department. Each person interviewed me for 30 minutes. Questions were both general ice breaker and situational questions. One interviewer was upper management and the other interviewers were account managers
