Interview

To the point and inclusive. Interviewed both on the phone and in person. Met with direct supervisors. Negotiated Salary that was fair and equitable. The offer came with a Truck allowance that I didn't ask for as an add-on.

the interview process was very comfortable .I felt very relaxed during it. the best interview I have ever had. The owners really make you feel part of the team. I felt like they were very honest with me

Interview

Interview process was comfortable, relaxed, but dishonest. I was promised a project bonus program based on completion date and customer satisfaction. Never had a project late and received great written reviews, no bonuses.
