Interview
I interviewed for a position in Sweden in 2018. The process was smooth. The communication with the recruiter was timely and clear, and her English was almost better than mine. We had two interviews, and she answered all of my questions about the company, so that I had a very clear picture of what to expect. In the end the client was insistent in possessing a 4-year degree, and wouldn’t accept work experience.

Interview
I had a talk with manager - few questions about experience and after that 3 tasks to do in Catia or NX (depending on a role and cad software that you use). It was all about testing solid and surface design
Interview was nice, manager seemed to be disinterested but the HR rep and Director were participatory. Nice area, gorgeous building. Seem to be a laid-back group, told me they'd reach out soon, which they did.
