The process began with a 30-minute digital interview through Google Meet. After passing through this, an in-person interview was scheduled about one week later where I met with the CEO, CTO, Director of Engineering, Production Manager, and Engineering Manager. Most questions focused on how I would approach an environment where priorities frequently shift based on emergent issues. EDM focuses on who the individual is and appears confident that any gaps in technical ability can be corrected, so long as the individual is willing to learn.
