EDP interview questions

It is indeed an intense process. From the 6000 apllying, 120 got called to the dynamics. The dynamics were a bit intense, as we had to be there 4 hours. We did a team case study and then an individual one, each of 40 minutes. More than a month later I had the information I passed to the final interview and 2 weeks later I got the final information. The interview was trying to understand who I am and why EDP. Felt like it was not going smooth, but I think they want to see the real version of the person. It is a great Trainee, but it took 2 months since the dynamics to know that I got the job.
