EF Academy interview questions

It was a fair and reasonable interview process. There were a lot of very good questions that any qualified teacher would be able to answer. They asked questions about differentiation and supporting English language learners. Of course, this would be important given that they have a large international student population.

zoom interviews; 3 of them. a vetting interview, then a larger staff interview. Visits to campus are encouraged for serious candidates, but since they hire from abroad, this is not necessary (nor is a teaching lesson) Submitted extensive portfolio.
