I felt very bad for the process and the way of rejection at hiring manager level.
After evaluation of two technicals rounds with a gap of one week they rejected simply by saying that candidate is not as expertise . First thing the questions they asked is not to the level of experience and anybody can answer it and clear it if candidate knows the basics. In what way they are expecting the candidate should be?
Hiring managerial round is worst and trying to down the confidence level of the candidate.
Instead of finding best of best candidates among all please reject the profiles at technical level itself. So that candidates doesn't keep hopes and they can attend other good companies instead of wasting time.
