WYOMING NSW STORE - They absolutely ghosted me after the interview and when I went in recently to buy something (as I live 5m from the store) the manager put their head down and pretended not to see me. So unprofessional. If I didn’t get the job that’s fine but just let me know. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet. Luckily I’ve found another position but What a weak manager. Avoid!
The interview process was well-balanced, and the Talent Acquisition Team were extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable. The interview process was not lengthy and the hiring manager communicated effectively in every process of the interview.
