      Interview

Very easy, simple questions. You will be asked what you like about working at home, what the drawbacks may be. If you work well in your own. About your experience, etc, I think they are more interested in how you speak, your tone, clarity, pronunciation and listening skills. Do not use slang. If you are French they test your conversational French briefly.

      Interview

Well I applied online and I received a phone call asking me to interview the very next day. I went to the specified location but I drove around for 15 minutes because I couldn't find a parking spot. I went inside and took 3 assessment test which I finished and passed very quickly. The receptionist asked me to sit and complete a 4-5 page questionnaire. I gave her the completed form and she asked me to wait for an interview. I waited about 30 minutes until I saw a note on the wall that stated there were "no public restrooms" on the premises. I waited another 20 minutes and I got up and left because I didn't want to get a bladder infection by holding my urine in for so long and who knows how much longer. The pizza delivery man came and dropped off a bunch of pies and after a few more minutes of not being acknowledged, I noticed that all of the receptionists had left the front desk and I proceeded to leave the building and NEVER look back! By the way, the building is in a very industrial area with no restaurants or businesses with "public restrooms". A few days later I received an email informing me that I was not hired...LOL! And as I was searching the internet for another job opportunity, I stumbled on their ad for a job fair and the initial hourly compensation was to be $10.75 per hour but the recruiter quoted me $9.50 per hour...the interview I went on was a " job fair". Well, that's what I get for being desperate! The way they treat their candidates is very indicative of how they treat their employees. Thanks but no thanks!
