The interview process in general seemed Lax, they mostly asked fit questions. As well as questions about the market, where it's headed etc. You should be fine as long as you practice prior.

Come in fill out paperwork see if you have good character and any sales experience. Background check. Asked a bunch of questions basically making sure you are not lazy and can sell yourself to them to see if you can present yourself . And are confident.

The interview was with the manager and he asked me to make a presentation of myself, then he asked me what i knew about the stockbroker career and he introduced me the job. We also discussed about my visa sponsorship and he gave me some suggestions to make the process faster.
