ELA Container Key Account Manager interview questions

I had the first interview for KAM for Ireland market in early August/24. After the HR guy presented him self he asked me to tell him about my previous experience in construction. He was surprised when I told him "I don´t have any experience in cronstruction". He starts read my resume and it was clearly it was the first time he was reading it. After that, the interview ended in 5 minutes. Totally wast of time.
