I applied through a third-party site where a found the job posting, and within a day or so received an email from a Recruiter/HR Rep who asked me to complete an online assessment. After this was completed, they wanted to setup a phone interview with the Client Experience Director. I received an invitation for this and was prepared and waiting for the interviewer to call me but the call never came. I followed up with the original point of contact but they never responded. I was disappointed because the communication was prompt and friendly up until the scheduled interview time, and then radio silence.
