Interview
I had three rounds of phone interviews, one with the HR Manager, one was a technical interview, and the last one was with the Hiring Manager, who ended being my boss!
The HR Manager phone interview was a walkthrough the resume while the one with the Hiring Manager consisted of a few behavioral questions, along with questions about how long I would stay with the company. The technical phone interview had questions on storage products, difference between SAN and NAS, how do you connect two computers.
I then had a face to face interview at Bangalore with the senior manager, who again asked a few behavioral questions, after which I was offered the position in a week.
