EMRG interview questions

Initial outreach came from an internal recruiter with a scheduling link. The first interview was missed entirely without notice. After following up, I was asked to reschedule due to a “family emergency.” The second interview started late, with no acknowledgment of the missed meeting. After the call, I was told to complete a personality assessment and send screenshots of the results before my application could move forward. The assessment link was not sent until I followed up several days later, and after completing it promptly, I received no further communication or confirmation of receipt. Overall, the process felt poorly managed and did not reflect a professional or respectful candidate experience.
