The interview only lasted 3 minutes. It ended right after I was asked if I had any other prospects. Didn't even ask me about my resume. Just went over job description.

Was first given a phone interview. After passing the intial screeening I was called in for a group meeting. There were about 3 people taking the interview rotating between themselves to ask me questions. The lab manager was very friendly and after the first round of questions the interview turned into a conversation about my future goals and ambitions.
