First stage: initial call with a recruiter
Take-home technical test
Final stage: technical interview
They really don’t value people’s time. Imagine a company that gives you a take-home test taking about two full workdays. The worst part? They probably didn’t even review it, just fed it to AI to generate test cases and made interviewers spend their time on it.
The biggest problem, though, is the lack of communication. They’re too arrogant to even send a simple email reply, acting like they’re Apple or Microsoft. If they treat candidates like this before employment, I can’t imagine how they’d treat employees afterward. Arrogant people, stay away, even if you get an offer.
