An executive in the HR department reached out to me on LinkedIn. I did not apply for the role. There was a short call set up to talk to this person in HR, and I could not tell if it was an interview or any other sort of official dialogue. It was such a brief discussion - a bit around eos and what they do, and a bit about what my work entails currently, a bit about my personal interests and hobbies. And then a day or two later, I got a rejection email about how my application wouldn't be moved forward - except I didn't ever apply. A negative and confusing experience overall.
