EP Technologies interview questions

There is no use of attending this interview. They will call you over phone, say they have vacancies for BDE, voice process and Recruiter. They will allot you a slot and once you reach there they will allot you a system and you will have to enter personal details, after that there will be an aptitude test and then group discussion. Elimination will be after GD. If u clear this stage then you will have PI with Sr HR. Only at this stage you will regret for attending interview They say you will be a process trainee ( not a BDE or any other opening they mentioned in call ). You will be provided training for 8 weeks without salary and then job with 10k per month for a year and 12k for second year. Above all you will have to make a collateral deposit of 75k.

They need employees. If you are ready to sign 2 year bond they will hire you. Don't expect them to treat you as their employee. They need slaves who work for solid 9 hours with 30 mins break and without salary for first 5 months.
