I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPI Marketing Services (Livonia, MI) in Jan 2013
Interview
No real questions really asked. The GM basically talked the entire time. He will give you a tour of the entire plant to show off the equipment they have. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. He is more concerned with your hours availability as he will tell you OT may be needed. He will low ball your hourly wage, so you must push back and negotiate for more. You are hired in as a temporary employee, not a direct emploee for the first 3 months. Most people are unaware of this at the time of hire. No benefits until you become direct.

Question 1
As long as you dress nicely and accept low pay, you will get the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EPI Marketing Services in Sept 2013
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and got an interview set up fairly quickly. It's a weird place to get to, so more detail would have been nice, since Google Maps and GPS were no help. They didn't have a sign where to go, so I tried to go in the wrong door initially. My interviewer wasn't even there when I arrived and ended up being ~45 minutes late while someone else started the process with me. The interview seemed pretty unorganized and rushed. Eventually, a third person (the interviewer's boss) wandered in and helped himself to a seat and it was pretty awkward. The questions and interactions were pretty typical; they obviously wanted to hear customer service-oriented answers.
I sent out thank you cards at the end and heard back the next week with an offer. I had to go get a physical and drug test prior to starting. Kind of ridiculous for an office job.
