      Controller Interview

      20 Jan 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPIC Fuels in Apr 2011

      Interview

Selection and interview process was fairly extensive, including three visits to the company and meetings with five or six people, plus telephone interview with one additional person. This allowed for a good opportunity to see the workplace and get a read on the culture, as well as understand well some of the expectations of the person who would be hired.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked how I would handle performance problems on the team I would be managing, although I hadn't yet met any members of the team nor had I been told about the performance problems about which I was asked.
