EQ Office interview questions

Went pretty smooth, went with recruiting person at the company, then met with my hiring manager, and then met with my hiring manager again and a couple of execs. But just wanted to add here that they are still looking for an office manager, 8 weeks later. I guess the EA likes doing office manager duties and the question I asked was "How do you deal with work life balance" to their response was we have summer fridays. Glad I dodged this bullet. Also the hours are crazy. 8-5 or 9-6. Most companies are doing 9-5.
