During their hiring events, there is a group interview for their available positions. They will send an email and text message to inform you if you are shortlisted. Decisions are made within the same day of the interview. The job applicant should request to know what their daily tasks may be due to ERMC having contracts with airlines and other companies that need access to their services at the airport.

It was a long process but overall a great experience as the interview questions were great and showed us if the job is the right fit for us. In addition, it helps you prepare for upcoming interviews as well if you don't get in.
