Several interviews from less technical to more technical.
Last interview with final customer.
Got feedback after each interview.
The atmosphere in the technical interview was very relaxed and there was no problem if a question could not be answered.

Question 1
What is your experience with multithreading in C++?
Despite exposing the values of oneself during a first exchange, their next step is a rotative interview in which everyone ask specificities about their professions, not aligned at all with the first exchange. It did not seem to be seriously seeking talent but rather, for some reason, seeking to highlight people's shortcomings to entertain their employees. I could hear even people laughing in the background during the process.
