ESAF Microfinance interview questions

1. I first had a group discussion, it could be based on any random top, mine was effect of social media on teens. The key is to take initiative and open conversation first, and to keep talking and adding points/ countering other members. 2. The next round was a computer test, it was basically general knowledge and banking related questions. 3. Then there was a Robotic interview 4. Offline HR round 5. Round 2 HR The interviewers were nice. But the whole process felt too lengthy and almost took a month to get done with.

First a math test simple questions easy. Second hr round salary post location and all.the traing for 15 dys then we can decide wether to join or not. But the problem is lacation of post will not get near to home.
