Our selection process consists of two sequential interview rounds. The initial step is a preliminary screening with Human Resources to assess core alignment and prerequisites. Candidates who successfully clear this initial gateway will then be fast-tracked to the department heads for the final technical and team evaluation.
It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was an interview with HR, asking typical questions regarding self-introduction in English, how much you know about the company, and walking through the details of your past working experience. The second round was an interview with the department head and your future supervisors; it also covered the details of your past work experience but leaned towards the technical side. Lastly, they provided the details of the job responsibilities and the tech stack they used.
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ESDlife (Hung Hom, Kowloon City) in May 2026
Interview
Interview in person, the interview consist of two rounds, the first round will meet the HR and the second round will meet the project lead. The first round requires you to use English to answer some of the questions.
