It was a Long process to get a phone interview. It is a very competitive process. Once I took the tied exam I was scheduled for a follow phone interview. The questions were pretty basic but they were looking for concrete examples of how my experience would help me with the position I was applying for.

It was very straight forwards with many different phases and different parts. You first start with a formal interview with 2 managers then move on to an observation portion. Then you go and interview with all 3 senior directors
