It was a group interview virtually where they explained what the company does and what the benefits are. They explained the process to get the position which includes a background check, fingerprints and a TB test.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ESS (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Feb 2025

Jamaya, the Hiring Coordinator, was always nice and helpful when I had questions. It took some time to get the job due the process to get test results, criminal background, the online training and paper work. But everything went well.
