I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ETAP (Irvine, CA)
Interview
I submitted my resume at the on campus career fair. After about two weeks, I had a phone interview with the HR manager. Pretty basic interview. She just asked questions about my resume and asked me to rate your experience with certain languages I mentioned. A week later, I had a on site interview with two managers and a software developer. Sounds intense, but it was the exact opposite. They were very friendly and asked basic questions. They're really interested in someone whose willing to learn!

Straight-forward behavioral questions. I was asked to describe my work experience followed by questions about the tech stack required for the job. Overall pleasant as long as you have a couple stories to tell and meet the job criteria. No overly technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ETAP (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Received a phone call about the position that I applied for, and told them I already had an offer on the table and I had to respond in 3 days. They scheduled me for an interview immediately for the next day. The interview wasn't much of an interview. They asked about my resume and background, and made the job offer then and there.
