ETEL R&D Software Engineer interview questions

1st - by phone with direct boss and 2 other R&D team leaders and HR partner, very basic presentation 2nd - personally, one complete day. First, only with HR partner, then with the 3 guys of the 1st interview, then with the manager of my direct boss and then with the Director. Only the part with the 3 guys included some technical questions, but just about my experience and general subjects.
