It's frustrating; the HR process is severely lacking. They've rescheduled the interview three times, even after clearing three rounds. Then, when scheduled with the VP, they said he was busy and would reschedule in a week. Later, HR called asking why I wanted to switch, which doesn't make sense given they have my resume and completed initial screenings, followed by three rounds of interviews. If I'm not a fit, they should inform me directly instead of leaving me hanging. I expected better..
