Extremely too long - began in February and position wasn't filled until June. Received conflicting information on the company, the position, the timeframe for hiring from their HR person as well as the hiring manager. Felt as though it was almost a process of attrition, where they were looking to see which applicants could jumpy through the most hoops for the longest amount of time.

Thorough and fair by people are experienced project managers. There were two rounds of interviews. First with senior leaders in the department and then with the Executive directors. They asked questions for which I had to give specific examples of what I did and why.
