Very brief interview on the floor of the store with the manager. Spoke while customers were coming in. Interview was brief and consisted of “why do you want to work here” questions.
They ask several questions. They’re supposed to note your answers on the form and also they give you an activity where they give you a character and you style that individual

Phone interview with genetic interview questions. Nothing too hard that the assistant manager asked me. They’ll ask what brought you to apply for the position, you career, and other stuff related to that.
