I applied online. I interviewed at EVERSANA INTOUCH in Feb 2026
Interview
One thing I can say about this company is that they’re consistent.
I was recruited for a social media opportunity, engaged with the process, and then ghosted. Months later, they reached out again regarding another opportunity. Naturally, I assumed they were interested in improving the candidate experience.
They were not.
After once again initiating contact and expressing interest, the company disappeared without explanation, follow-up, or even the standard courtesy of a rejection email. Getting ghosted once can happen. Getting ghosted twice by the same company after they were the ones who reached out both times is almost impressive.
For a company that apparently values communication enough to hire social media professionals, the recruiting team seems to have developed a fascinating alternative approach to communication: none at all.
Perhaps there is a highly sophisticated hiring strategy at work here that involves repeatedly contacting candidates and then vanishing into the void. If so, I was fortunate enough to experience it twice.

Typical social media questions that are normal to the industry
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EVERSANA INTOUCH (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Straight forward with questions seeking to understand my experience with digital vs just social. I met with HR recruiter first then with Director of department followed by VPs and Account service folks that I'd be working with. I wish there was more honestly on the lack of real social media business which would require more selling than managing. I was under the impression that there was a sustainable amount of social work that just needed strategic oversight. That was not the case. Overall, each interviewer had little to no visible signs of an ego and made me feel pretty comfortable.
