EVERSANA interview questions in India

1st round was a self-assessment coding round on coderbyte platform, it was 4 hours long and there was 1 SQL question, 1 python sliding window question, 1 AWS question and multiple ci/cd conceptual questions. 2nd round was a technical round on python and SQL this was average. 3rd round was with the director about previous work experience, and some conceptual questions on PySpark, i felt i did okay in this but this is where i was rejected

I applied for a Solution Architect position and had a disappointing experience with the interview coordination. The HR team initially stated the interview required one hour and asked me to join at 2:45 PM, even though I had clearly communicated that I was unavailable before 3 PM. Despite suggesting alternate slots (5 PM, 6 PM, or 7 PM), they still scheduled the interview for 3:00–3:30 PM, contradicting their own requirement. When I declined that slot and requested a revised time, there was no response. Days later, I suddenly received an email at 9 PM asking me to complete a self-assessment by the next day 12 PM, with the misleading phrase “As discussed,” even though it was never mentioned earlier. The lack of communication, disregard for candidate time, and inconsistent information made the process unprofessional and frustrating. The company should improve transparency, coordination between teams, and respect for candidates’ schedules.
